Staff is the friendliest, they go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable, the breakfast is always hot and ready, the rooms are cleaned and smell nice. The maintenance responds super fast to ANY issues or problems you have. Front staff at the desk are so nice and understanding. Breakfast staff ALWAYS makes sure there is food to eat and keeps the dining room clean. Thank y’all for the hospitality.
Front Desk woman was very helpful and kind, room was clean sheets were without stain and was very welcoming to a worn and stressful traveler. Again I want to thank the Front desk attendant for being welcoming and warm hearted.
Update 10-21-25 Visiting again. Last time. What happened to this place?? It has turned into a flop house for construction companies. The room is trashed. Filthy. Grease stains on the carpet. Broken and cold shower. Full of flies. Spider webs. Lamps missing bulbs AND PLUGGED IN. I'm nearly stuck my finger into the socket trying to turn the lamp on. I could have died. Kitchenette cabinet falling apart . The exterior has taken an equally awful downturn. I was here just a few short months ago and have stayed many times and been pretty happy but something has happened. I was disappointed this hotel broke away from Best Western, ( no more earning bonus points! Bah! ) but thus far the new management/owners are doing a good job. We stay here when visiting family. Always clean and convenient.
